PRH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,372 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM10L1, AEBP2, and C12orf4. Each is linked with PRH1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRH1-to-partner and partner-to-PRH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRH1 versus SMIM10L1 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
