PRF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,032 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOL3, MYO1G, and ARHGAP15. Each is linked with PRF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRF1-to-partner and partner-to-PRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRF1 versus APOL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
