Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,767 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2F-SCLY, PBK, and UBE2T. Each is linked with PRF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRF1-to-partner and partner-to-PRF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2F-SCLY grouped by PRF1-low versus PRF1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
