Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Ku80, and TFRC. Each is linked with PRF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRF1-to-partner and partner-to-PRF1 results are reported.
