Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,095 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance, Import across plasma membrane, and Mast cell activation involved in immune response. Each is linked with PRF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRF1-to-partner and partner-to-PRF1 results are reported.
