Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 245 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNOT10, CCR8, and UTP18. Each is linked with PRF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRF1-to-partner and partner-to-PRF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNOT10 grouped by PRF1-low versus PRF1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
