Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,963 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PREX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP25, EVL, and RCSD1. Each is linked with PREX1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREX1-to-partner and partner-to-PREX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PREX1 versus ARHGAP25 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
