PREX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,296 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PREX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF6, GAB3, and RHOH. Each is linked with PREX1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREX1-to-partner and partner-to-PREX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PREX1 versus ARHGEF6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
