PREX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PREX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFAF5, RNA5SP411, and AURKA. Each is linked with PREX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREX1-to-partner and partner-to-PREX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFAF5 grouped by PREX1-low versus PREX1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
