Across TCGA cell cohorts, PREX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,484 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PREX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide biosynthetic process, DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter. Each is linked with PREX1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREX1-to-partner and partner-to-PREX1 results are reported.
