PREX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PREX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 619 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PREX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FSHR, DENND10, and RWDD3. Each is linked with PREX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREX1-to-partner and partner-to-PREX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FSHR grouped by PREX1-low versus PREX1-high in LIVER.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
