Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,164 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PREPL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPRC, RCOR3, and SPCS3. Each is linked with PREPL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREPL-to-partner and partner-to-PREPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PREPL versus PTPRC in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
