Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREPL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PREPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, p21, and PREX1. Each is linked with PREPL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREPL-to-partner and partner-to-PREPL results are reported.
