PREPL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PREPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,497 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PREPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPAST, THAP6, and CAMKMT. Each is linked with PREPL in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREPL-to-partner and partner-to-PREPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PREPL versus SPAST in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
