PREP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,496 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PREP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNCRIP, CDC40, and AFDN. Each is linked with PREP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREP-to-partner and partner-to-PREP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PREP versus SYNCRIP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
