Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,713 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PREP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC63, UFL1, and CDK19. Each is linked with PREP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREP-to-partner and partner-to-PREP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PREP versus SEC63 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
