PREP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PREP-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with PREP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREP-to-partner and partner-to-PREP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by PREP-low versus PREP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
