Across TCGA cell cohorts, PREP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,018 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PREP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of angiotensin levels in blood, Angiotensin maturation, and Hair follicle placode formation. Each is linked with PREP in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREP-to-partner and partner-to-PREP results are reported.
