PREP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PREP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PREP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTOL1, KRTAP1-1, and TGM7. Each is linked with PREP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREP-to-partner and partner-to-PREP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OTOL1 grouped by PREP-low versus PREP-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
