Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRELID3BP6 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of PRELID3BP6’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where PRELID3BP6 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types PRELID3BP6 is over-expressed in tumor.
KIRC, STAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where PRELID3BP6 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
