Q-omics provides the consensus-scored PRELID3BP11 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. PRELID3BP11 expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, PRELID3BP11 is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, PRELID3BP11 RNA expression shows 6,729 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight THCA, LUAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where PRELID3BP11 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
