The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PRELID3B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRELID3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where PRELID3B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
