PRELID3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRELID3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,942 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRELID3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNMT, UTP15, and UTP25. Each is linked with PRELID3A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRELID3A-to-partner and partner-to-PRELID3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRELID3A versus RNMT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRELID3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRELID3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
