PRELID3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRELID3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRELID3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABHD12, EFTUD2, and CD46. Each is linked with PRELID3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRELID3A-to-partner and partner-to-PRELID3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRELID3A versus ABHD12 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRELID3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRELID3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
