Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRELID3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRELID3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, TRAJ33, and RNU2-63P. Each is linked with PRELID3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRELID3A-to-partner and partner-to-PRELID3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by PRELID3A-low versus PRELID3A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRELID3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRELID3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
