Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRELID3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,505 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRELID3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule-based process, Positive regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Regulation of sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with PRELID3A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRELID3A-to-partner and partner-to-PRELID3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of microtubule-based process grouped by PRELID3A-low versus PRELID3A-high in BONE.
