Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRELID2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRELID2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PRELID2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRELID2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and LUSC are the cancer types where PRELID2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
