PRELID2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRELID2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,696 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRELID2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA1, PAFAH1B3, and CKAP4_S26. Each is linked with PRELID2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRELID2-to-partner and partner-to-PRELID2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRELID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRELID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
