Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRELID1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,673 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRELID1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, Response to starvation, and Positive regulation of neuron projection development. Each is linked with PRELID1P2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRELID1P2-to-partner and partner-to-PRELID1P2 results are reported.
