Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRELID1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRELID1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher PRELID1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRELID1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where PRELID1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
