PRELID1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRELID1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 978 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRELID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASSF6, C2orf72, and IGHD5-12. Each is linked with PRELID1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRELID1-to-partner and partner-to-PRELID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRELID1 versus RASSF6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRELID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRELID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
