Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRELID1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,161 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRELID1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial disulfide relay system, Ribosome biogenesis, and Pteridine-containing compound metabolic process. Each is linked with PRELID1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRELID1-to-partner and partner-to-PRELID1 results are reported.
