PRDX6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,292 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CACYBP, DHX9, and PRDX6_T44. Each is linked with PRDX6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX6-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDX6 versus CACYBP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
