Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4421, RNA5SP319, and RNU6-39P. Each is linked with PRDX6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX6-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4421 grouped by PRDX6-low versus PRDX6-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
