PRDX6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Myosin-IIa_pS1943, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with PRDX6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX6-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by PRDX6-low versus PRDX6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
