Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDX6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,886 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are NENF, TIPRL, and MPC2. Each is linked with PRDX6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX6-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX6 results are reported.
