PRDX5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,428 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OTUB1, ARHGEF2, and CAPN1. Each is linked with PRDX5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX5-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDX5 versus OTUB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
