Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,504 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are AURKB, OIP5, and NCAPG. Each is linked with PRDX5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX5-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDX5 versus AURKB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
