PRDX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,037 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02221, RNU7-129P, and PSMD12P1. Each is linked with PRDX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX4-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02221 grouped by PRDX4-low versus PRDX4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
