PRDX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,998 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCDC186, EIF3A, and TRUB1. Each is linked with PRDX3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX3-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDX3 versus CCDC186 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
