PRDX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSCR4-IT1, RNA5SP436, and BUD31P1. Each is linked with PRDX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX3-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DSCR4-IT1 grouped by PRDX3-low versus PRDX3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
