PRDX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,251 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNPO2, SNX12_S73, and TBC1D2B. Each is linked with PRDX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX2-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDX2 versus TNPO2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
