Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 260 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY23P, RNA5SP94, and RN7SKP99. Each is linked with PRDX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX2-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY23P grouped by PRDX2-low versus PRDX2-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
