Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PDK1_pS241, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with PRDX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX2-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX2 results are reported.
