Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,174 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell cycle phase transition, Regulation of G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle, and DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication. Each is linked with PRDX2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX2-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX2 results are reported.
