PRDX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,829 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRDC, PIR, and G6PD. Each is linked with PRDX1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX1-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDX1 versus NRDC in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
