Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,313 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR1A1, GSR, and PGD. Each is linked with PRDX1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX1-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX1 results are reported.
