Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,284 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are EME1, POLE2, and STIL. Each is linked with PRDM9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM9-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EME1 grouped by PRDM9-low versus PRDM9-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
