Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, JNK_pT183_Y185, and RBM15. Each is linked with PRDM9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM9-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM9 results are reported.
