PRDM9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,378 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLN, ORC1, and SMYD1. Each is linked with PRDM9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM9-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NLN grouped by PRDM9-low versus PRDM9-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
